How to Support the Society’s Work
There are many options available for your consideration.
- Donate cash.
- Donate stocks, bonds, mutual funds and/or personal property.
- Leave a bequest. A bequest is a gift in your will to the Sargeant Bay Society of British Columbia. It is a wonderful, simple and effective way to help protect the natural habitat of Sargeant Bay and its surrounding areas for future generations.

Joop & Jesse Burgerjon Endowment
The Joop & Jesse Burgerjon Endowment for Sargeant Bay Society currently stands at more than $30,000.00. We appreciate all the donations received from our donors to support activities of the Sargeant Bay Society.
The endowment fund was established by the board of the Sargeant Bay Society in recognition of Joop Burgerjon, a man who was instrumental in the formation of Sargeant Bay Park. The fund is managed through the Sunshine Coast Foundation and donations can be made by credit card to Joop & Jesse Burgerjon Endowment for Sargeant Bay Society, by e-transfer to ed@sunshinecoastfoundation.org, or by mailing a cheque to the Sunshine Coast Foundation at PO Box 1343 Sechelt BC V0N3A0.
